Returns
Pursuant to the applicable regulations, a consumer who purchases at a distance, outside a fixed-line store, has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement and return the goods without giving a reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the purchase - sale contract expires after 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods ordered by you.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer
Instructions for returning the goods:
In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase - sale contract, inform the seller of your decision by sending a declaration to the e-mail address and return the complete goods together with the statement and confirmation of purchase to the point of sale in which the product was purchased.
We kindly inform you that the returned goods can not bear traces of use. In the case of shipping the returned goods, please carefully protect the package so that it will not be damaged or destroyed during transport.
Refund of payments made by you, including the costs of delivery of goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you, other than the cheapest method of delivery offered by the seller) will be made not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal sales.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction.
The seller may withhold the refund of payments received from you until you receive the returned goods back.

In order to file a complaint, please contact the appropriate sales salon in which the product was purchased or follow the instructions below:
1) Download the Complaint Form
2) The complaint should be delivered to the salon where the product was purchased, along with the completed complaint form. .
